4-H Leader or County Agent/Date
These can be listed on the back of the eligibility card and signed of on by an agent.
These requirements were made to keep members from jumping from county to
county when clubs were making strange requests from members before they
could get their cards. This makes every county equal. This is only a
SE
District requirement. The State Office is not involved. It was voted
on and passed by the SED4HHC. These are easy requirements and are designed
to promote more that just horse showing by club members.
These
can be done on a club,
county, district or state level activity.

Cross, Relay for Life, Favorite Food Show, etc)
